Challenge
Integria Healthcare is a manufacturer, wholesaler and distributor of natural healthcare products. Its headquarters and research and development facility are based in Brisbane, and it has offices across Australia and New Zealand.
Due to strong growth across all its geographies Integria needed a mobile CRM solution that would let its sales reps manage their call cycles and provide them with up-todate customer and sales information while on the road.
Prior to the Oxygen implementation Integria’s sales reps were running their calls with pen and paper, says Damien Wilson-Brown, Integria’s Sales Manager in Western Australia. “Orders were taken in an order book, and they had no visibility of customer or sales information. I had inadequate visibility of the sales activities of my team, and only limited ability to plan their call cycle or assess their efficiency.”
He says the new tool will give him a comprehensive view of all sales activities and will provide “big efficiencies around call cycle planning and complaints handling and interaction logging. This will improve the quality of our face time with customers and therefore sales overall”.
Oxygen implemented its CRM SmartStart solution in only eight weeks, deploying it on Apple iPads.
Integria’s Information Systems Manager Michael John Choudhury says, “We had initially engaged with salesforce.com since it seemed the most pragmatic solution. However, after Oxygen demonstrated SAP CRM 7.0 and its SmartStart offering, we opted for SAP CRM. Oxygen delivered the solution as promised in a very transparent, quick and cost-effective way.
The deployment of the browser-based solution on iPads was an extra bonus, allowing our sales reps to access the solution on the road. Once the solution has settled in, we will most likely increase the footprint of CRM to our customer service, accounts and marketing teams.”
