Oxygen’s CRM Service Line Lead, Jens Tonn, says SAP’s new version of CRM has finally eliminated the usability issues that have crippled its user adoption in the past.
“SAP’s CRM2007 has a new, state-of-the-art web user interface which is more intuitive to operate and dramatically improves information presentation,” says Tonn.
Oxygen is currently offering organisations a variety of CRM implementation paths, depending on whether they are just embarking on their CRM strategy, or wanting to re-invigorate their existing CRM solution through an upgrade.
“As a two-time winner of SAP’s “Best CRM implementation of the year” award, Oxygen has recognised experience in CRM implementation,” says Tonn. “We will work with customers to build a business case and establish a CRM strategy and road map.”
Once the CRM road map has been established, Oxygen will identify the most suitable implementation offer. “This might be our upgrade service to CRM2007, a fixed price accelerated implementation, or a phased implementation,” Tonn says.
