Oxygen upskills BI practice with more SAP BusinessObjects consultants
Oxygen is absorbing four SAP BusinessObjects consultants from its parent company UXC. Oxygen’s General Manager, Consulting, Stuart Dickinson says the new team members transitioned from the UXC Performance Management/Eclipse business to Oxygen on May 1 and are based in the Sydney office. They will be supplemented with further additions over the next 12 months.
“We are continually striving to increase the breadth and depth of our service offerings,” says Dickinson. “The addition of this new team, together with our existing SAP BusinessObjects resources, will allow us to reach into organisations who are not traditional SAP users. SAP BusinessObjects is an agnostic business intelligence platform and is just as suitable for organisations that do not use SAP as their ERP backbone, as it is for those that do.”
Dickinson says the team will focus on servicing the existing UXC Performance Management/Eclipse SAP BusinessObjects clients plus actively target additional work from new and existing SAP BusinessObjects users within the Australian and New Zealand markets.
“This aggressive growth will also include SAP BusinessObjects license sales and will be led by Andrew Barker, our newly appointed specialist SAP BusinessObjects license and services sales manager. Andrew has a great deal of experience in this market having previously worked for Cognos for over 10 years.”
