Oxygen signs SAP channel agreement
Oxygen’s chief executive, Mike T. Smith, said the new channel partnership agreement was strategic for Oxygen and reflected the decision by Oxygen to extend its consulting and implementation services across the complete portfolio of SAP solutions.
”SAP is no longer a solution only accessible for large companies and organisations,” Smith said. “SAP Business All-in-One is now well proven as a highly successful business software solution for small to mid sized companies.
“Oxygen has built its business around putting SAP to work for the largest companies and organisations in the region. It’s timely to bring the same knowledge and product expertise to the mid market. This is a major opportunity and Oxygen will be making a significant investment to make the most of that opportunity” Smith said.
Smith said the SAP channel partnership agreement was preliminary to further announcements from Oxygen, leading up to the launch of a new mid-market solution capability in early 2008.
SAP Australia’s General Manager, SME, Michael Reidy said he was delighted to have a partner of Oxygen’s calibre committing to supporting SAP’s drive into the mid market.
