Oxygen sells MYOB EXO business to Kilimanjaro
Oxygen Chief Executive, Stuart Dickinson, says the sale reflects the company’s desire to focus solely on SAP related products and services.
“It is our view that our MYOB EXO customers and the team itself will find a more appropriate longer term home within Kilimanjaro as Oxygen seeks to concentrate on further developing its capabilities around the SAP solution portfolio.”
Dickinson says Kilimanjaro employs the largest team of MYOB EXO implementation professionals with offices in Brisbane, Canberra and Sydney. Kilimanjaro has made employment offers to all of the MYOB EXO team. This team will form the basis of a Melbourne office, from which further expansion is planned.
“The sale of the MYOB EXO business represents a significant opportunity to continue the growth path of this business by positioning it with an organisation whose specialisation or core offerings and capabilities are in the MYOB EXO space.”
Dickinson says the MYOB EXO team made a significant impact and contribution to helping Oxygen grow its footprint in the SME market.
The sale is effective immediately, with Oxygen staff and customers transitioning to Kilimanjaro over the next two weeks.
