Oxygen scores hat trick in annual SAP Customer Awards of Excellence
This year Oxygen was the proud recipient of the Best Upgrade Company Award for a project it completed for the federal Government’s Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR), and winner of the Best Innovation Company Award for supply chain performance Project Longview, completed for SCA Hygiene.
The DEWR project consisted of moving existing SAP R/3 4.6C and BW 3.1 environments to ECC 6.0 and BI 7 respectively. The project represented one of the first successful upgrades to SAP ERP for the Australian Federal Government, and allowed the department to improve its budgeting and reporting processes and lay the foundations for the future implementation of human resource applications.
Project Longview involved the redesign of planning processes to improve SCA Hygiene’s supply chain performance. As a result of the work, SCA Hygiene was able to improve its executive decision-making thanks to more effective financial modeling, reduce its cost of working capital and free up extra resource to focus on value added planning analysis.
In addition, Oxygen was a joint recipient of the Best SAP ERP and Best Business Intelligence Award with National Foods Limited in recognition of the support Oxygen SAP Consultants provided to the National Foods Limited (NFL) SAP Project team, on an internally run project.
Introduced in 2001, the SAP Customer Awards of Excellence celebrate the innovation and success of SAP customers and partners, with a focus on the successful alignment of IT and business strategy.
Oxygen has received nine awards since 2003.
