Oxygen scoops two more SAP Excellence Awards
This year Oxygen earned ‘Best SAP Innovation’ for a strategic consulting project at Alinta Limited (Alinta), one of Australia’s leading energy infrastructure providers, and ‘Best mySAP CRM Project’ for the implementation of a Customer Interaction Centre at SCA Hygiene Australasia (SCA HA), the leading hygiene products company in the region.
At SCA Hygiene Australasia Oxygen was tasked to extend the organisation’s existing CRM implementation to create a centralised depository for all customer enquiry and complaint information, in order to improve customer service by streamlining business processes around the collection of, and response to, customer enquiries.
The new customer interaction centre designed by Oxygen allows SCA HA’s customer call centre operators to execute all tasks associated with customer enquiries, including complaints, credit requests, sales orders, suggestions and compliments. It has minimised the number of programs customer service people need to access in order to undertake appropriate customer response management and created a single database for all interactions. At Alinta Oxygen completed a highly strategic SAP information systems integration strategy for Alinta, providing the company with a clear upgrade path that will allow it to gain improved business efficiencies and benefits following its merger with Australian Gas and Light (AGL) in 2006.
Delivered to a demanding deadline, Oxygen devised a SAP strategy that has allowed Alinta to understand the enhanced capabilities offered by the suite of mySAP products, and to ensure that its program of integration and upgrade is designed to deliver better capabilities in a coordinated way aligned with Alinta’s key business priorities.
