Oxygen Partner Centre of Expertise has been extended for its SAP BusinessObjects support capability

Oxygen has received the tick of approval from SAP for the quality and customer focus of its support services for the provision of SAP BusinessObjects solutions across Australia and New Zealand.

Oxygen's chief executive Mike T. Smith says achieving an extension of its Partner Centre of Expertise (PCoE) certification is the gold standard and a great vote of confidence in Oxygen's business intelligence capability and support processes.

"This is an important reward for the Oxygen SAP BusinessObjects team", says Smith. "We have managed to get up to speed with the stringent requirements, methodologies and business processes SAP demands for supporting, across our Australia and New Zealand customer base, in this product in a very short space of time."

PCoE certification is only awarded after an intensive review by an SAP audit team. After evaluating its findings, the SAP PartnerEdge Program Team granted Oxygen PCoE status for BusinessObjects and confirmed that Oxygen was a mature organisation with all the capabilities necessary to successfully provide PCoE delivered support. This certification is an extension to the PCoE certification Oxygen received for SAP Business All-in-One support earlier this year.

"Thanks to depth of expertise in undertaking SAP implementations and support services for enterprise organisations, we were able to provide SAP with sufficient evidence that our existing SAP documentation and support tools comply with the standards laid down for supporting this business intelligence product", Smith says.
