Oxygen acquires Intacct Business Consulting - accelerates SAP channel business
Founded in 1994, Intacct has 12 staff and is based in Melbourne. Intacct services customers such as Aquanita Racing, Dunbier Marine, MOR Cosmetics, Maton Guitars and TCL Electronics.
Oxygen’s chief executive, Mike T. Smith, said the addition of Intacct to the Oxygen team was strategic for Oxygen and reflected the decision by Oxygen to extend its consulting and implementation services across the complete portfolio of SAP solutions.
‘The Intacct team’s experience in successfully delivering SAP Business One solutions to customers over the last three years will accelerate Oxygen’s recently announced entry into the SAP mid market, he said.
The acquisition follows the Oxygen announcement of OxygenExpress, the Oxygen branded SAP solution for SMB organisations and enables a rapid and ready made sales and delivery capability.
”SAP is no longer a solution only accessible for large companies and organisations,” Smith said. “SAP Business One and SAP Business All-in-One are now well proven as successful business software solutions for small to mid sized companies.

Intacct Managing Director and founder Patrick Saundry has been appointed General Manager – OxygenExpress and will report to Oxygen’s Chief Executive Mike T. Smith.
