Low start up cost for SAP CRM now available
Oxygen is currently promoting its SmartStart SAP CRM solution which gets customers up and running with a new customer relationship management system in just eight weeks.
Oxygen’s Business improvement Manager, Jens Tonn, says the SmartStart implementation methodology was used recently to implement SAP CRM7.0 at Australian natural healthcare products manufacturer, Integria.
“Deployed on Apple iPads, we provided Integria sales representatives with sophisticated mobile CRM functionality in just eight weeks. In doing so, we improved visibility of sales activities and the quality of customer interactions.”
Tonn says Integria took advantage of Oxygen’s fixed price implementation offer and SAP’s best practice content and configuration guides to get the solution designed and implemented within a tight timeframe.
“Combined with SAP’s new licensing offer, Oxygen’s SmartStart CRM solution means the cost of implementing core SAP CRM functionality is now within reach of organisations who previously couldn’t afford it.”
SAP is offering customers a reduced deployment edition licence which is a cost effective way of allowing up to 60 users to access CRM functionality for a yearly fee or on a per user, per month subscription basis.
“The Oxygen CRM SmartStart includes sales, service and marketing functionality and the licensing deal allows organisations to start out small and increase the user base to match business growth,” Tonn says.
