Wayne joined Oxygen after owning/managing his own IT consulting and process based firm, bringing a wealth of experience across multiple segments including Public Sector, Telecommunications and Manufacturing to the role.
Wayne’s experience includes Programme Management and Programme Director leadership roles on large-scale SAP projects, sales and business development in New Zealand. He has worked in Australia, United States, Singapore and Hong Kong.
Wayne enjoys working for Oxygen for the autonomy in the role, the convivial atmosphere and the interaction with a diverse group of colleagues. When relaxing, Wayne enjoys spending time with his family and related sports activities including rowing and diving, running, fishing and golf.
