Stuart and his team provide strategic guidance to organisations in key industry sectors and together with SAP, help clients extract better business value from their existing SAP solutions. Working in tandem with our Industry Leaders and their teams, Stuart's focus is on assisting clients prepare their business systems to cope with the specific competitive pressures each of their sectors face.
Stuart Dickinson moved to this new role from the position of Oxygen’s General Manager People and Brand where he was responsible for Oxygen’s marketing strategy and implementation and human resources.
Over the past nine years Stuart has played a key role in crafting Oxygen’s strategy, business model and operational frameworks across New Zealand and Australia. He has personally led many large and complex market based projects for Oxygen and UXC, and brings a clear focus on delivery and the SAP marketplace to the role. This experience and expertise is critical to our business as we expand our Australian consulting footprint and deliver higher value, more complex solutions to our Australian clients.
Stuart's former roles within the business encompassed human resources, organisational development, recruitment, brand strategy and stewardship; marketing and communications programme strategy and execution; and customer value and market insight and alliance and partnership management.
Stuart was a member of the team that established Oxygen in April 2001 and was instrumental in establishing the organisation and transitioning over 200 staff members across from Carter Holt Harvey.
Since then he has overseen a significant rise in Oxygen’s profile and credibility within the New Zealand and Australian markets. This rise has been driven primarily through the design and then execution of a fully integrated strategy and marketing and communications plan.
Stuart has worked and consulted on brand strategy, communications and organisational and technical change programmes in organisations such as Sky City, The Farmers Trading Company, Carter Holt Harvey, Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron and Telecom New Zealand. Stuart has an MBA and a Grad Dip Bus (Admin) both from The University of Auckland.
